Mary Louise McLaughlin (Cincinnati, Ohio, 1847-1939) 5 1/2" x 4 1/2" portrait watercolor on paper. Signed lower right "M. McLaughlin" and dated "1909". Mary McLaughlin studied with Duveneck at the Cincinnati Art Academy. In 1879, she founded the Cincinnati Pottery Club, the first women's pottery club in America. Well listed artist. Fine condition.
