Josephine Ghilchik (Br., 20th c.), Morning View,
oil on canvas, signed lower "Josephine Ghilchik," depicts a quiet streetscape lined with inviting row houses in the early morning sunlight, a bright cloud filled sky floating above, housed in an ornate period frame with painted liner; Josephine Ghilchik exhibited briefly between the years of 1938 and 1940. She was a member Royal Institute of Oil Painters and the Society of Women Artists. - SS 23.5" x 11.5"; DOA 31" x 19"
