oil on canvas (relined), unsigned, fishing vessels line the dock as seagulls fly above, a lone figure watches from a small boat, housed in a period appropriate gilt wood frame with applied composition ornament; Originally from Connecticut, Peter Doley achieved fame as a commercial and fine artist. He served as Art Director for the American Greeting Card Company and later retired to Florida. - SS 17.25" x 23.25"; DOA 22.25" x 28.25"
