Sheffield Silver Plate Epergne, 19th c.,
square base raised on four hairy paw feet supports a hollow trumpet form standard which flares to hold a cut glass bowl (or serves as a vase), four scrolled arms with acanthus motif serve as supports for matching cut glass bowls as well as candlesticks (candle cups screw into arms), unmarked - 13.5" x 15" - Very fine estate condition, some chips to glass bowls, some minor expected wear to silver plate.
