19th c., circular form platter with hot water reservoir raised on four cast and applied scroll and floral motif feet, ivory colored turned handles (possibly bone), large domed cover with cast lion and shield finial, unmarked - HOA 16", platter 24" - solder repair to underside of platter, overall a very attractive and desirable form and size.
