BES-BEN SEA HORSES AND FROGS HAT. c. 1959; Entire hat covered with sea horses and an occasional frog anchored to spiky green plastic reeds. The creatures are made of printed flannel in shades of green, yellow, and white with brown and pink accents. the sea horses wear top hats. Green veil. Number 358. Shown in 1976 at the Chicago History Museum (formely the Chicago Historical Society) in the exhibition, "The Whimsical World of Bes-Ben Hats." *Condition: No Specific Condition Recorded - Sold As Is *Est.
