QUEEN ANNE CHEST-ON-FRAME. New England, ca. 1780. Maple with pine secondary wood. Dovetailed case with five graduated drawers, resting on a frame with a "whale tail" central drop and cabriole legs ending in pad feet. Refinished, replaced brasses, minor repairs. 64 3/4"h. 39 3/4"w. 17 3/4"d.

Condition: Refinished, replaced brass, later nails in the backboards, drawer runner restoration.
