CARVED CHIPPENDALE SETTEE. English, 18th Century. Mahogany with strapwork splats, fluted ears and stiles, and carved arms, arm supports, front seat rail, and front legs. Older refinish, repairs, upholstered in a cream-colored damask. 16" seat height, 38" overall height, 55"l.

Condition: A few minor repairs to the splats and the splat/crest joints, repair to back-left stretcher and front-left seat rail, replaced returns, replaced central seat support, a few pins redone, reinforcement to front-center stretcher.
