MINIATURE DECORATED BLANKET BOX.
Pennsylvania or Ohio, ca. 1820-1840, poplar. Dovetailed
case with an interior till and high turned feet. Retains
its original hardware (hinges are marked A.G.") and its
original black and red painted decoration. Some paint
wear.12 3/8"h. 17"w. 9 1/4"d."

Condition: Paint losses worst on top (8-10% missing), overvarnished.
