EARLY NATURAL DYE NAVAJO RUG.
Fine example of the early work done developing use of natural dyes, now a popular regional style. Probably dates to the early 30®s or late 20®s. Dyed with rabbit brush and other natural plant dyes in soft tones. Soft, hand carded wool with a beautiful sheen typical of early Churro wool. Comer tassels. Minor soiling. 6® 11 x 4® 3"."
