He could have been one of the greatest pitchers of all time ever had it not been for severe arthritis. This card of Sandy Koufax is actually a couple years prior to his half-decade of dominance (1961-66). Rounded corners and surface wear on the picture keep the GAI condition rating at 'Very Good'. Certainly a nice card to add to your 1959 Topps collection.
