The battery for the only World Series Perfect Game, Don Larsen and Yogi Berra of the New York Yankees, have hand-signed some memorabilia. Larsen's ball is an OAL (Brown) baseball, and he has signed in blue pen on the sweet spot; Berra's ball is an ONL (White) ball, signed in purple pen also on the sweet spot. Lot also includes nice presentation piece with an 8x10" B&W photograph of the winning moment, hand-signed by both players in blue sharpie. The piece also contains a plastic protected ticket stub from Game 5 of the 1956 World Series, signed by Don Larsen, the game in which he pitched his flawless nine innings. An excellent set of items for the long-time Yankee fan or collector of baseball greatest moments memorabilia. (2007 JSA COAs)
