Elephant ivory and this items was imported into the United States legally. A uniquely carved ivory jester in his hat with one eye closed and his tongue sticking out. The handle appears to be signed but is unreadable. The twig spur shaft retains it's original patina and it has no ferrule but heavy wear on the tip-H. 2 1/8" x 3", O.L. 36 1/8"-$800-$1,200
