Elephant ivory and this items was imported into the United States legally. A very uniquely carved portrait of a gentleman with a large mustache. On the rear of the handle there is an ivory knob and by depressing it the mouth and goatee go up and down. The pupils of the eye appear to be enamel. It has a fluted brass collar, a stepped hardwood shaft and a 1 ½" brass ferrule-H. 2 7/8" x 1 ¾", O.L. 33 3/8"-$1,000-$1,500
