Condition/Details: Bound in gilt embossed navy cloth with its original color illustrated dustjacket, this volume is a comprehensive compendium of German- and Austrian-made violins, organized alphabetically by luthier. The work is illustrated profusely with photographs of the violins and their markings. The volume shows light external wear, and is solidly bound with clean pages free of marks or marginalia.
