One of a pair of monumental beauties with deep carved shells at each corner and at all four sides, within layers of rococo swirls. Both are carved, gessoed and gilded with the wonderful original finish that remains intact and fine. This mirror's frame head warped with time and was expertly retrofitted with strips of wood between frame and mirror. Overall measurement of 65 x 52 inches.
