arched pediment with classical figures in a globe above frieze with classical figures, dial with enameled numerals and openwork spandrels, openwork base with seated figure with cupid above masks and other brass ormolu mounts, with matching ornate brass pendulum and two weights, back with paper label "HG Bates & Co.", 46 x 18 x 9 in. Minor chips and wear to wood surfaces, clock numerals with light wear, minor corrosion to brass. Provenance: Private Collection.
