Birks [Pate-sur-pate] plaque,

[Le Collier], seated classical figure putting spiked collar on crying cupid, dark green/blue ground, signed lower left "A Birks" (Albion Birks, late 19th century), unmarked, attributed to Mintons, 7 in. Good condition, back with small chips (not visible from front). Provenance: Private Collection, Atlanta, Georgia. This plaque is after a design by Louis Solon, who worked with Birks at Mintons. Illustrated in Bernard Bumpus, [Pate-sur-Pate], Barrie & Jenkins, London, 1992, page 143.
