"The Confirmation Procession", three maidens leading a procession of singing children within a church, signed lower right "Richard Kronstadt", oil on canvas, late 19th century, 29-3/4 x 44-3/4 in.; modern gilt wood and composition frame. Lined and restretched on new stretcher, retouch mostly in tights lower left, lower left corner and in apse, crackle; frame with abrasions. Provenance: Collection of a Gentleman, Memphis, Tennessee.
