decanter, shoulder marked "Coufall", 10 in.; single beaker, 3-3/4 in.; five cordials, 2-1/4 in.; tray marked "Coufall", all with fine gilt decoration on matte green ground, base of tray with Limoges mark and printed Pickard mark, "Hand Painted Pickard China", presentation inscription on plate "Otto Mears/Telluride/Oct. 25, 1909". Decanter stopper with repaired crack, minor losses to gilt decoration, one cordial with small rim chip, surface abrasions. Provenance: Private Collection, Atlanta, Georgia. Otto Mears (died 1931) was credited with building roads and railroads in Colorado in late 19th century and was the founder of the Mack Truck Company. He was known as "Pathfinder of the San Juans".
