1878-1921: complete except for 1893-S, 1895 and 1897-O, 95 different coins, 23 are BU, MS60 to MS 64, including 1884-CC, MS 63;1889-S, MS63; 1894-S, MS 60 prooflike, and 1899, MS 62 or better; 1879-CC, 1881-CC, 1889-CC, 1891-CC, 1892-CC, 1893-CC, 1893-O, 1894, 1895-O, and 1895-S are all Fine; 1903-S and 1904-S are Very Fine; 1890-CC and 1893 are EF; 1883-CC and 1892 are AU; others range Good to AU, all housed in three Whitman albums with slide windows, 8-3/4 x 7 in., with duplicate 1879-O, (total 96 coins). 1878-CC is “whizzed”; 1887-O and 1891 are polished. Provenance: Estate of the Late William C. Ingersoll, Asheville, North Carolina. Estimate: $2,000 - $4,000
