ABT: Hornby #601 O Gauge LMS Windup Set/ OB

Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is the #601 Tuscan Steam Windup Set that Hornby made in O Gauge in the middle 1920s. This Set includes the "5600" Tin 0-4-0 Steam Windup Switcher, the "LMS" Tin Four Wheel Tender, the "21943" Four Wheel LMS Flat Car, the "210112" LMS Four Wheel Gondola and the "1663" LMC Four Wheel Box Car. Also includes Track and the Key. Our Opinion is that the Set is generally in Very Good Plus/Excellent Minus Condition, could clean up a half-grade. The Original Set Box is in (7+) Condition, some tape, with a very nice Insert. Very Difficult to find in this condition boxed. The Engine ran on our Test Track. All Original in our Opinion.
