Thirty-fifth President of the United States (1917-63, served from 1961) and his glamorous First Lady (1929-94). His Signature "John Kennedy," probably during the 1960 election campaign, on a 4to sheet of stationery of Edmund F. Makowski of Munster, IN. Sheet lightly worn at edges and toned, otherwise in very good condition. With a most unusual First Day Cover Signed "Jacqueline Kennedy,"
undoubtedly as First Lady. An unusual cover from Pakistan, postmarked March 23, 1962, with raised type announcing: "Pakistan America Society / welcomes / Mrs. John F. Kennedy / First Lady of the United States / of America / to / Pakistan. In fine condition. With a clipping from the Gary, Indiana Post-Tribune on Kennedy's February 1960 visit, when he was expected to announce he would enter the state's presidential primary.

Simple Return Policy

- Bidders who have not examined lots prior
to the sale may return lots for reasons of
non-authenticity or improper description within
5 days of receipt of the item or thirty days
from the auction's last day, whichever
comes first.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Third-party graded coins (i.e. PCGS, NGC, ANACS,
ICG) are sold as is, no returns.
- Any lot sold with the proviso "sold as is" cannot be returned.

unconditionally guaranteed to be
genuine. We will not knowingly sell any
item that has been "repaired", "restored",
"processed", "cleaned", "pressed", or
"conserved" in any way without disclosing
those facts to the potential buyer.
- In cases where a question has arisen
as to the authenticity of an item, the
purchaser must immediately notify Smythe
of their intention to return the item,
confirmed in writing. The item will be
examined by a recognized expert; if the
item proves authentic, the sale will be
consummated. If the item is not authentic,
the sale price will be refunded.
