probably New England, painted a dark gray, with a shaped back, scrolled sides, a curved top to the front of the pipe compartment and having a painted tulip (possibly add later), and a single lower drawer (pipes included). 14 1/2" high, 5 1/2" wide, 3 3/4" deep. In need of restoration.
