Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is the Original Master Carton for the #2242 New Haven F-3 AB Diesels that Lionel made around 1958. Rarest of all F-3 Master Cartons; one reason for the rarity of finding this type of Pre-Printed carton is that Lionel also used re-marked 2383 master cartons for this Engine. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE ONLY BIDDING ON THE ORIGINAL MASTER CARTON. This Master Carton is in (8+) Condition, minor writing with minor residue of water-based tape that was removed by previous owner. All Original in our Opinion.
