Oil on canvas painting of farm scene signed "C. W. Schreyer, 98". 17.75"x27.5

we did blacklight:Small paint loss to center over tree (red spot), along lower left side of canvas at frame, paint flecking in trees left hand side and above roof of house, area of paint cracklature in sky, minor inpainting/dabbing in sky upper left of center, is very dirty and has a heavy coat of varnish, original stretcher, possibly the original frame, frame has been repainted, painting will need to be conserved, very pleasing painting.
