December 10, 1816, War of 1812 Era, Treasury Department Broadside, Choice Crisp Extremely Fine.
This large, horizontal broadside measures 13" x 16.5" and would look nice framed for display. A printed "STATEMENT - Of the value of merchandise, the produce and manufacture of the United States, exported to the British West Indies, and their American Colonies, from the 1st of October, 1801, to the 30th September, 1814. Shown with two separate headings, one being: "British West-Indies" and the other "British North American Colonies the amounts for the years 1802 thru 1816 are given. "JOSEPH NOURSE, Register" in print on lower right corner. A great looking, clean and totally original Treasury War of 1812 era document.
