CONDITION: gorgeous dark colors as one would expect from a stamp that has not seen the light of day in the last 35 years, disturbed original gum, tiny thin at center and bottom right corner perf thin GRADE: FINE CERTIFICATION: 1969 Royal Philatelic Society of London and 2007 PHILATELIC FOUNDATION . Also has copy of PFC #29200. COMMENTS: Ex Grunin and purchased by the collector in the Harmer Rooke sale of Sept. 20, 1972 (original lot card accompanies) as well as an article about the auction by the late Renee Bowden declaring this stamp to be the "star item of the sale".
