[Botany]. 16 etchings on 13 sheets. Very good condition. ++ 5 etchings hand-colored, from ''Botanist's Repository'' edited and published by Henry C. Andrews, Lon: 1797-1814. One dated 1809 lower edge, all with Whatman watermark and date of 1805. Dunthorne 8. Sheets 16 1/2 x 4 1/2 in. Each with genus and species name below image. Folds (removed from book). ++ 11 others on 8 sheets, each with label accompanied by a donor's shield/coat of arms. 3 labels read ''Auspiciis R. Viri Dni.'' Six etchings on 3 sheets have similar ''Auspiciis'' labels. Etchers include D. Loggan and Hubertus van O. Heren Sleodiensis. Mostly about 14 1/8 x 9 1/8 in. About 10 detailed plant illustrations per plate (3 prints have fewer species), each carrying plants' Pre-Linnean Latin names. Gentle creasing, mostly near corners.
