Lionel prewar standard gauge black 400E loco and 400T tender with copper and brass trim in OBs. The loco has red and white number boards, red wheels and reproduction flags. The wheels on the loco have begun to expand and do not turn freely. Paint on both pieces is very clean with some box rubs and minor nicks, otherwise C8. Loco OB has original insert, been opened at both ends and is missing some flaps at one end. Tender OB shows wear and is missing all flaps at one end with tape repair.
