Late 18th or early 19th century, carved as a crowned Madonna, depicting the annunciation, raised on a crescent form base carved with a putto, covered in traces of blue and red paint. 12.5"H. 3.75"W. Condition: light expected wear and imperfections, including wear to painted surface, old insect damage, lacking half of crescent, lacking hands.
