Vitrine / China Cabinet, French, 19th c.,
an exceptional example of fine French decor, mahogany veneer and glass having two beveled glass doors surmounted by a rouge marble cap, the cabinet above the doors having dore bronze overlay in the form of swags over elaborate dore bronze foliate panels, flanking a central oval medallion depicting a Classical offering scene, four interior shelves, mirrored back, all raised on tall shaped legs terminating in brass feet.
