This authentic one of a kind PEN (Penalty) sign was located on the main scoreboard of the Orange Bowl during soccer matches which was up from 1990 - 2000. This rare collectible, used during World Cup play, allowed players, coaches and fans to see who committed the penalty. Measures 5ft 10in. x 2ft 10in.
