PATRICK HENRY (1736-1799) American Revolutionary leader, with Jefferson and Lee initiated the Committee of Correspondence, member of the Continental Congress, remembered for his famous quote "Give me liberty, or give me death!" Partly printed D.S. "P. Henry" as Governor of Virginia, 1p. folio, July 10, 1786 granting a thousand acre tract of land to John Reed "...in the County of Monongalia..." with a survey of the trect on the vero. Usual folds, some creases and wrinkles, light soiling, otherwise very good. $1,500-2,000
