Cornwallis. Partly-printed D.S., 1p. oblong folio [n.p., n.d.], a Congressional military appointment form signed in blank by Laurens as President of the Continental Congress, and also by CHARLES THOMSON (1729-1824), Secretary of the Continental Congress. Fine. $1,000-1,500
