Rare war-date D.S. signed twice "J.B. Palmer Col. 18th Ten. Vols.", 1p. sm. folio, [n.p.], June 1, 1864, a forage requisition for two horses totaling 540 pounds. Boldly signed, fine condition. $800-1,000
