War-date A.E.S. "Approved l. Polk Maj. Gen.", 1p. 4to., [n.p.], Nov. 25, 1861, a Confederate Pay Account form ordering a $320.62 payment for 2 1/2 months service to "John F. Davis Capt. Guides", endorsed by Polk on verso. Very good. $800-1,000
