Comg", 1p. 4to., Greenville, S.C., Oct. 30, 1863 in which Preston certifies the accuracy of an account "...For commutation of rations of Capt Ray's Co. 44 men for 10 days of Col Samuel J. Winns Battalion, Co. H, made command of Brig. Genl W. Preston en route for Bristol Tennessee..." totaling $145.20. Usual folds, otherwise very good condition. $400-600
