1774, "AN ASTRONOMICAL DIARY; Or Almanack," By Nathaniel Low, Fine.
This 18-page almanac measures 6.75" x 4", is lacking the front wrapper, but remains in surprisingly fine condition. Besides containing the typical astronomical calculations, the almanac also includes the story of "Androcles and the Lion", the poem "The Rose Bud", an Epigram, and "Verses to the Lady Mary Whortley Montague by Mr. Pope." There is scattered staining throughout as well as normal age-toning. Sold "as is."
