State of Rhode Island. May 22, 1777. (Double Denominations) One Shilling or One Sixth of a Dollar. PASS-CO graded Extremely Fine-45.
This lovely note has a faint centerfold from being called fully Uncirculated. It has a fresh, bold appearance, with all four border designs complete and full. A bold signature and serial number combine to create excellent overall eye appeal. An exceptional quality note on this scarce issue and one of the finest of the denomination to have been offered for sale.
