This is a pleasing, far above average example of this listed major type that has the "Running Fox" on the lower left reverse edge. This coin has even circulation and fairly smooth hard surfaces and displays the standard die breaks for this variety. The color is a rich medium brown and this coin displays well, having nice centering and strong details including the date along with the all important "Running Fox"! This major type is listed on page 67 of the Red Book where it has a value in VF-20 of $2,100.
