Morrow with best wishes / Dec. 17th 1912--Wm H. Taft," in black ink in the lower border, 9" x 6". A distinguished, waist-length albumen photo by Harris & Ewing, Washingnton. Some silvering to outer edges; age toning with scattered specks in lower border. Boldly inscribed and signed. In excellent condition.
