Sean Connery "Untouchables" Costume

Sean Connery's costume from "The Untouchables" (Paramount, 1987). Comprises a light brown corduroy jacket with leather buttons and two front pockets; a pair of brown wool trousers with button front closure, handwritten in the waistband "Malone-A;" a pale green cotton shirt with R&O Harwick label; a brown wool vest; a tweed wool snap cap marked "AKERI Sportsman Extra Quality;" and a pair of brown leather ankle boots with perforated detailing and Aventura Label. Worn by Connery in the role of Jim Malone. Connery received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, and the film was nominated for Best Costume Design.
