Vest worn by John Wayne in "How the West Was Won" (MGM, 1963). A blue United States Cavalry two-pocket uniform vest, size 46, with 9 U.S. Eagle buttons. A Western Costume Company tag is sewn into the back with Wayne's name and a number. Worn by Wayne in the role of General William Tecumseh Sherman. Double-suede matted with a color lobby card from the film and two metal plaques. 43. x 36.5"
