Two costumes from the "Superman" movies. The first is a one-piece suit of black voile, slashed to the waist and along the full-length of each sleeve and knee-length trouser leg; the front and side seams decorated with strips of reflective black plastic edged with imitation leather; labeled Bermans & Nathans...with typescript details Sara Douglas, 15153, Harness, Superman II. Worn by Douglas in the role of Ursa in "Superman II" (Warner Bros., 1980). The second costume is a sleeveless top of white cotton trimmed with scarlet and fastening at the front with red buttons, labeled Bermans & Nathans...with typescript details Margot Kidder, 12366, Superman. Made for (but not worn by) Margot Kidder in the role of Lois Lane in "Superman" (Warner Bros., 1978).
