Three pairs of vilain boots from "Superman" (Warner Bros., 1978) and "Superman II" (Warner Bros., 1980). Thigh-length black patent leather boots with a dark reddish shimmer. The first pair has three-inch platform soles, inscribed "Jack O'Halloran." Worn by O'Halloran in the role of Non. The second pair has three-inch heels, inscribed "Sarah Douglas." Worn by Douglas in the role of Ursa. The third pair has flat soles, inscribed "Paul Weston" and marked on the inside "water," suggesting that they were used in the "walking on water" scene. Worn by the stuntman for Weston, in the role of Zod. Together with a letter of provenance for each pair.
