Three items related to Jack Ruby. Partly printed AGVA union nightclub contract DS "Jack Ruby mgr./Sec-Treas" 1p, 8 1/2" by 11", Dallas, 1960 July 30. Bill Fanning is hired as a "performer consisting of five persons" at Ruby's Sovereign Club for six days per week for six weeks at $95 per week. Also signed "Bill Fanning." On verso, Ruby has penned, "Termination of this/contract this day/10-14-60" and it's signed by Fanning. With an unrelated Vegas Club check dated Oct. 22, 1963, payable to Dallas Power & Light Co. for $129.47, filled out and signed "Jack Ruby" by someone other than Ruby. With Texas certificate of title to Ruby's 1956 Oldsmobile, certified copy duplicate original, bearing facsimile Ruby signature. Sale History: Herman Darvick Autograph Auctions, February 1993
