Dark blue vinyl memo book which Jack Ruby was carrying when he fatally shot Lee Harvey Oswald. The book was seized by the Dallas Police Department as personal property when Ruby was searched after his arrest. This "Permanent Record & Memorandum" flip book has a trial exhibition sticker on the cover reading "Exhibit D-11". Names, addresses, and telephone numbers are handwritten in blue ink by Ruby on the first four pages. The verso of the last page has "NE 6164" heavily written in blue ink. Good condition. 4 1/4 x 2 1/2. Signed Earl Ruby letter. Sale History: Guernsey's, December 2005
