Small beige memo book which Jack Ruby was carrying when he fatally shot Lee Harvey Oswald. The book was seized by the Dallas Police Department as personal property when Ruby was searched after his arrest. The book cover has a trial exhibition sticker on the cover reading "Exhibit D-10". The book has a soft paper cover with "Permanent Record" stamped in black on the front and names and telephone numbers written on blue-lined paper on the inside. The handwriting is Ruby's in black and blue ink and appears on the first three pages. Good condition, slightly creased. 4 x 2 1/4" Sale History: Guernsey's, December 2005
