Original 11/25/63 "book-in" mug shot of crying Jack Ruby, taken by Deputy Sheriff Al Maddox. Profile and front face shot together. Together with original Affidavit of Authenticity signed by Al Maddox, Jr. Maddox later sympathized with Ruby and took a new mug shot, in which he is not crying.
